Visit to Brussels

(DATE)As part of Crediton's application to the European Parliament for assistance with the Boniface 2004 Celebrations, Chamber officers and the town manager travelled with the party to The European Parliament in Brussels to add their support. Whilst our EU representatives were unable to provide much help, links were renewed and strengthened between the communities of Dokkum, Fulda and Crediton. It also provided an excellent opportunity to bond all those interested in furthering Crediton on the international stage whilst sampling the culinary delights of Brussels and Bruges.

Mid Devon Show

A first for Crediton. Chamber members got together with other businesses to create a "Celebration of Crediton". Carried out panache and exquisite style, the trade stand carried all before it and not only took two of the eight trade exhibit first prizes, but also the overall best in show trade exhibit.
